Briargate Cleaning Service Agreement

This agreement is between Briargate Cleaning (the “Company”) and the Client. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a professional and safe experience for everyone.

1. Our Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with a specific area of your home, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return within a 7-day window to reclean that area at no additional charge. If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (The $99 Policy)

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we often turn away other clients to hold your slot:

Notice Required: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

The Fee: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $99 non-refundable fee.

Lock-outs: If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot gain entry, the $99 fee will apply.

3. Access, Utilities, and Safety

Entry: Please ensure we have a functional key, door code, or someone present to let us in.

Utilities: For the safety of our staff and the quality of the clean, running water, electricity, and climate control (AC/Heat) must be active.

Safety Limits: To prevent injury, our team members do not move heavy furniture (over 35 lbs) or use ladders higher than 3 feet.

Biohazards: We do not clean animal waste, mold, or other biohazardous materials. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile.

4. Payments & Holiday Schedule

Timing: Payment is due in full on the day of service.

Holidays: Briargate Cleaning is closed on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). If your recurring clean falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.

5. Pets and Children

Pets: Please secure any high-anxiety or aggressive animals. Briargate Cleaning is not responsible for pets that exit the home during our entry or exit.

Children: For safety reasons, we ask that children stay clear of cleaning equipment and chemicals while we work.

6. Breakage, Liability, and Non-Solicitation

Insurance: We are bonded and insured. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Exclusions: We are not liable for damage to items that were previously broken, incorrectly installed, or high-value sentimental items not disclosed before cleaning.

7. Media Consent

We may take “Before and After” photos of our work for quality training or marketing purposes. We will never include photos of your family, sensitive documents, or identifying house numbers without your explicit consent.
